What is the Japan Cloud Community?
The Japan Cloud community creates opportunities for portfolio company employees to:

Our Year-End Party
Over 80 employees from Japan Cloud’s portfolio companies gathered to celebrate our accomplishments and learnings from the past year.
Japan Cloud’s portfolio companies are all located on the same floor at Tokyo Midtown in Roppongi. In addition to learning from each other through impromptu meetings, our events are a great way for employees to get to know new people and build existing relationships.
Aruna called on all of us to “connect with three new people from the Japan Cloud community!”

Event Highlights
“Role-based Quiz Game”
Following hors d’euvres and drinks, we kicked off the event with a Role-based Quiz Game. We formed teams based on our roles－in sales, inside sales, marketing, post-sales, and the back office－at our companies and quizzed each other on our trials and tribulations.
The game sparked lively exchanges about common challenges and how we overcame them (though some were off-the-record…). Competition was intense－as was the comradery!
Awards and Activities
The winning team took home bottles of Moet Chandon! We gave away an extra bottle to the winner of a rock-paper-scissors match. Congrats to the winners!
The fun and energy at the party was amazing, whether we reconnected with friends or made new ones!
Closing Remarks
Yasu closed the event with a heartfelt speech, thanking everyone for “their hard work and commitment throughout the year!”
