Partner Manager (パートナー営業)

PagerDuty, a rapidly growing company in the APAC and Japan regions, has an exciting
opportunity for a Partner Manager to join our Japan team in a critical role.
In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for driving new Partner Sourced Opportunities and Partner Sourced Closed Opportunities by leading the development of new partnerships with SIs, collaborations with ISVs, and partnerships with resellers.
The Japanese market already has a significant number of SI companies using PagerDuty, and there is a growing demand from these SIs to introduce PagerDuty to their end-user customers.
This collaboration with SIs is directly linked to the future growth of PagerDuty Japan.
Therefore, your primary responsibilities will include leading the acquisition of new SI partnerships, co-developing and agreeing on GTM
plans, increasing PagerDuty awareness within SIs, enabling partners, and managing collaborative opportunities.
Additionally, you will lead the identification of new business opportunities and the planning and execution of joint marketing initiatives in collaboration with ISV partners, who offer over 700 integrated solutions in our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

・Increase the Partner Sourced Opportunities
・Increase the Partner led closed Opportunities
・Strategic sales collaboration to acquire leads from partners
・Increase partner awareness within the market
・Develop, execute, and drive a channel strategy for the Japan market
・Drive revenue streams from new and existing client relationships
・Drive both new business development and enhance the development of existing partner relationships
・The core tenant for this role is driving new routes to revenue that are identified by channel partners
・Take ownership of end-to-end sales delivery and providing on-going partner support
・Collaborate with Sales and Solution Consulting teams to develop innovative strategies highlighting capability with a strong focus on emerging technologies
・Contribute to high-level sales strategy development and tactical "boots on the ground" activities


Activities

・Continuous enablement of existing partners (including ongoing education to evolve into outbound partners)
・Partnering with SI partners to build new types of partnerships (Not Just Reseller) (providing setup support, CSM support, etc.)
・Building joint sales models with AWS and Integration Partners
・Planning and managing partner-centric marketing events
・Create strategic plans of incentive models for partners


応募資格(必須)
Qualifications:

・Minimum 5 years of proven track record in partnership sales within the IT industry
・Demonstrated ability to collaborate with partner companies to co-develop and execute
successful partnership business strategies
・A proven and successful track record selling via Channel and Partners to both
Mid-Market and Enterprise sized companies
・Background in Business Development via Channel and Partners within a Cloud, SaaS, DevOPS, SecOps, ITOps and/or Software Vendor
・Have grown or setup Business Development and Partner Sales plans from scratch to maturity to sell product
・Previous expertise in selling to IT Stakeholder or C level executives
・Strong Relationships that can be leveraged by PagerDuty – Experience with AWS a plus
・Fluent Japanese and business level English (written and oral communication skills)
